me via e-mail within three (3) calendar days of receipt of your item for Return Authorization. And item must be receive by us within 10 business days.
The item must be returned with its original packaging, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with any tags and/or identifying marks intact. If we receive items that are soiled, worn, washed, damaged, alterated, abuse, we will charge you $20 and return the same items back to you. We recommend you use delivery tracking and/or insurance, and keep your receipts. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected return items shipped back to us without insurance or tracking information. The buyer
are responsible for the cost of return shipping/insurance/tracking.
For return due to defective item received which include tears, color deficiency or stained. We will gladly replace it with the same value item and will be ship to you with no shipping charge. If refund are requested, a refund of the purchase price will be issued within three (3) business days for the safe return of the item. Shipping & handling charges are non refundable. 20% restocking fee may apply if returned item is not in its original state or item reaches us more than 10 days.

I will gladly exchange it for you with the same or lower value items. For higher value items, you have to pay the different.
