My scheduled weekly shipment are on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for United States. Once a week on every Tuesday for International. There will be no orders processing and delivery during weekend and all public holidays. Once we receive your order and related information, we will usually process your order within 2 to 3 business days unless otherwise indicated. USPS First Class Post mail service takes 3 to 6 business days.

USPS Priority Mail services takes 2 to 3 business days.

Express Mail Services takes overnight in most area and 2 days in hard to reach area.

All products are shipped via USPS and we will bring to you the best shipping rates available. Shipping prices are regulated according to the weight. Our shopping cart system will automatically calculate the shipping costs of your order depending on your states you have selected, and the shipping method. All the shipping prices will be shown to you before payment is requested. Please note that public holidays may affect delivery times.

International

Shipping Time by Air Freight :

Shipping to most International ports takes approximately 10 to 14 business days.

Shipping to Asia/Southeast Asia destinations are approximately 14 to 30 business days.

Shipping Time by Sea Freight :

Shipping to most International ports takes approximately 30 business days.

Shipping to Asia/Southeast Asia destinations are approximately 60 business days.

Cost of shippping depends on the shipping destination and volume or quantity of the shipment, All of our shipping quotes include documentation fees, local handling & trucking fees, packing & stuffing fees & etc. When you contact us we will give you a definitive quote for your destination. eTrendy Store will not be held responsible for duties or taxes imposed by the local government on orders delivered to countries other than the United States. Customers are urge to contact their own local courier or customs bureau to find out about possible import tax rates. Please note that public holidays may affect delivery times.

Non Receipt of Order

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customers when the orders are placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address entered are correct and is in accordance to the shipping courier’s standard during filling of the order form. eTrendy store is not responsible for any items that not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. eTrendy Store have the right to charge again the same shipping cost that you have paid in order to reship back to you if the item is returned back to me due to incorrect address. eTrendy Store is not responsible for any Courier Service Company’s error or delay during transit or the resulting damage or loss of value, time, profit or money.

Unfulfilled Order

If there is a problem with your order due to damaged, defective or out of stock, I will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you can either browse thru our Website again for replacement or I will refund back your money.
